January 27 witnessed the first meeting of IoT Egypt Forum Steering Committee. The meeting aimed at confirming the forum’s mission, vision and goals as well as exploring state of the art technologies and practices for IoT development and deployment worldwide. The meeting also discussed IoT legislation efforts exerted worldwide and the challenges facing Egypt to cope with the IoT world.

It is worth mentioning the IoT Egypt Forum Steering Committee gathers representatives from industry, academia and government in order to scan all viewpoints and facilitate the implementation of the committee action plans.
